During this 90-minute workout, our instructors will rotate through a series of different classes. PLEASE BRING LIGHT WEIGHTS!
Classes include:Tabata, Barre, Tabata Boot Camp, Mixed Intervals, Zumba, Abs, Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, Cardio Sweat & Shine Dance Fitness
