Youth Fitness Classes at the Y are as much about building character as it is about building developing skills. We aim to keep kids moving and focus on their health and well-being. Our youth fitness classes run monthly September-June. Classes are always FREE for Randolph YMCA Family Members and there is a monthly fee for Community Members to participate.

NEW! Play with Me (Ages 2-4)
This is an adult/child class. Come learn, play, and grow with your toddler in a class built just for you! This class will be a mix of songs with motions, free play, and little games that are sure to have you and your little one moving and smiling. The activities will help develop their sensory and gross motor skills all while exposing them to healthy social interaction.
This class will be offered weekly. Play with Me will be held Tuesdays from 9:00-9:45 am.

Classes for 3-4 Year Olds
NEW! Acro Kids is geared for the little ones who will learn basic tumbling skills. Focus will be on flexibility, strength, and proper body placement to perform the skills. Obstacle course and games included.
Mondays 4:15-4:45 pm in the Gymnasium
Kids Bop: This class is a combination of creative movement and hip hop. Children will learn different spatial levels and explore directional patterns. Kids Bop will help students develop coordination and basic motor skills using props, fun, music, and the love of dance. Mondays 5:00-5:30 pm in Studio 1
Arts & Crafts: Little hands will create age-appropriate craft items while introducing them to the importance and numerous possibilities of creating crafts, through reusing and recycling. Thursdays 4:30-5:00 pm in the Community Room

Hip Hop (Ages 3-13)
Hip Hop is an upbeat dance class offered for both boys and girls. Kids will have a blast movin' and groovin' to funky jams while learning some smooth moves. This class develops locomotor and gross motor skills while building self-confidence through performing hip-hop routines.

Lego Club (Ages 5-12)
We supply the legos, you supply the skill & imagination! Parents are welcome to stay and join the younger children.

JIF (Jump Into Fitness Ages 5-12)
What could be more fun than jumping rope? Come laugh and jump into the fun with JIF! Our experienced jump roping instructor will teach and instruct new jumpers on how to jump rope the correct way while keeping it fun and creative for the older kids.

Ballet (Ages 5-8)
Children will be introduced to the elementary positions of classical ballet. Classes are slowly paced and thorough to ensure proper alignment and understanding. The focus of each class will be on coordination and musicality, with an emphasis on body conditioning for pre-ballet groups.

Yoga (Ages 5-8)
Our youth yoga class reaches beyond a great lifelong exercise program for learning yoga asanas (poses). It creates an awareness of how to focus, listen and be present in the moment. These tools foster the ability to learn, which ultimately inspires a love of learning. This class series will include learning asanas, breathing techniques, quieting oneself, and character development.

NEW! Jr. Boot Camp (Ages 9-13)
This high energy 45-minute class will focus on fun and challenging exercises to promote core strength, balance, stability, and overall good fitness.
