TRX Training leverages gravity and the use of the user's body weight. Safely perform various exercises that build power, strength, flexibility and balance all at the intensity you choose.

Membership not required. TRX runs on 5-week sessions.

Tuesdays 6:00-6:45 pm November 28-January 9 (no class 12/26 & 1/2)
Wednesdays 8:30-9:15 am November 29-January 10 (no class 12/27 & 1/3)
Thursdays 6:00-6:45 pm November 30-January 11 (no class 12/28 & 1/4)
