TRX Training leverages gravity and the use of the user's body weight. Safely perform various exercises that build power, strength, flexibility and balance all at the intensity you choose.

Membership not required. TRX runs on 5-week sessions.

Tuesdays 6:00-6:45 pm 5/2-5/30
Wednesdays 8:30-9:15 am 5/3-5/31
Wednesdays 9:30-10:15 am 5/3-5/31
