The Randolph YMCA offers seniors the opportunity to maintain a healthy lifestyle, healthy relationships and a positive outlook on life. Our classes promote fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and camaraderie. Our social events help create relationships and community ties while accommodating a wide variety of interests and abilities. This class includes toning with weights, balance exercises and challenging abdominal and leg work, focusing on core and leg strength.


B’s Balance 1: A comprehensive exercise workout that specifically targets areas needed to improve balance. Mostly seated, this beginning level class is recommended before proceeding to B’s Balance 2.

B’s Balance 2: A more advanced exercise balance workout that is mostly standing, emphasis on leg strength, agility and flexibility. (Recommended for those who have passed B’s Balance 1)
