FIT 45 (Ages 8-12) Kids will be engaged in a different workout each week designed to teach them new exercises along with ways to stay active. Calisthenics & body weight exercises will be paired with fun games and team building activities. MONDAYS 5:00-5:45 pm

NEW! Yogi Jr. (Ages 8-11): Learn to focus your attention by integrating body, mind, and soul.  Exercise your body through asanas ( poses), bring awareness through your senses, and integrate them into a breath of peace for your soul.   Posture fundamentals, breathwork, poses, awareness, and character development will be discussed.  Yogi Jr is designed for ages 8-11 or younger with prior yoga experience. MONDAYS 4:15-5:00 pm

Little Yogis-Yoga for Kids (Ages 4-7): Little Yogis reaches beyond a great lifelong exercise program for learning yoga asanas (poses). It creates an awareness of how to  focus, listen and be present in the moment. These tools foster the ability to learn, which ultimately inspires a love of learning. This class series will include learning asanas, breathing techniques, quieting oneself and character  development. MONDAYS 5:00-5:30 pm

NEW! Teen Yoga (Ages 12-15) This class will offer teens the experience of the power and benefits of Yoga in a fun and teen-friendly environment. Yoga helps teens develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. The goal of the class is for teens to develop a balanced and integrated body for a lifetime of health and wellness through self-awareness and self-management. Parents are welcome to attend this class with their teen. TUESDAYS 5:00-5:45 pm (This class runs continually, there are no session dates)

J.I.F. Jump Into Fitness (Ages 5-7 & 8-12): What could be more fun than jumping rope? Join our experienced jump roping instructor as he teaches how jumping rope can improve cardio endurance, build core strength, improve hand-eye-leg coordination and create a full body workout. TUESDAYS 5:30-6:00 pm Ages 5-7 & TUESDAYS 6:00-6:30 pm Ages 8-12

Beginner Ballet (Ages 5-8): Children will be introduced to the elementary positions of classical ballet. Classes are slowly paced and thorough to ensure proper alignment and understanding. The focus of each class will be on coordination and musicality, with an emphasis on body conditioning for pre-ballet groups. WEDNESDAYS 4:45-5:15 pm

Pickleball (Ages 8-12): Come try out one of the fastest growing paddle sports in the U.S! Pickleball is a cross between badminton, tennis and ping pong. Rules and basic fundamentals will be covered in a kid friendly environment. Players will get the chance to work with Adult Pickleball enthusiasts and play other kids. All equipment will be provided.  WEDNESDAYS 5:00-6:00 pm

FIT 30 (Ages 5-8): Created to inspire fun and active play. Kids will be engaged in creative fitness games, team building, and activities that will keep everyone moving and having fun! THURSDAYS 5:00-5:30 pm

NEW! Teen Spin (Ages 12-15): A great cardio workout of simulated road bike riding to energizing music, appropriate for all fitness levels. You can adjust your workout to match your personal level. Parents are welcome to attend the class with their teen. THURSDAYS 5:15-6:00 pm (This class runs continually, there are no session dates)
