February 18 GAME ON! Test your Knowledge & Learn. What's your Nutrition IQ? This seminar will allow you to assess your nutrition know-how and will provide you with east ways to improve your diet. This interactive seminar is a fun way to "get in the know" about the latest nutrition news, trending food products & more! Prizes will be awarded to a top winner. Come and join the fun!
March 18 UNDERSTANDING CARBOHYDRATES What is a carbohydrate and why do we need them? With all the hype about low card diets, get the facts on this important macronutrient. Learn how to determine your carbohydrate needs and get some healthy caarbohydrate recipes.
April 15 FAT FACTS: How much fat do we require in our diets? How do we know if we are consuming too much? What fats are healthier and which should be avoided? Join nutritionist Regina Rider, DTR for a seminar that provides some fun fat facts.

Parkinson's Support Groups

Our Parkinson's Support Group offers a forum where members can talk, share, and learn from each other. All members of the Parkinson's Community, their loved ones, caregivers & Rock Steady Boxers are welcome! These complimentary support groups are facilitated by Heidi Rinsky-Schnapp, MA, CSW, CWP, a Randolph YMCA volunteer, and co-founder of LMR Elder Care, LLC. All meetings are at the Program House.
