Fitter & Faster Camp at the Randolph YMCA

This past weekend the Randolph YMCA and RANY Swim team were proud to host a Fitter and Faster Swim Camp at our facility.  Fitter and Faster travel around the country offering swim camps.  We hosted an Explosive Starts and Turns camp to over 50 swimmers from RANY and other surrounding teams.  The Lead Clinician, Austin Surhoff, is an NCAA Champion, current professional swimmer, and College Coach.  The swimmers walked away with reinforcement of skills and a few new things to try!
