At the Y, we are here to help you reach your wellness goals. With that in mind, we’ve created a “NEW MEMBER” or “NEW TO FITNESS” workshop to get you started on the path to success. Our Personal Trainers will show you how to operate equipment and explain what you will need to know to help you feel comfortable utilizing the spaces & equipment. You must sign up 1 week in advance. Minimum of 1 participant to run the orientation.
