This non-stop, 90-minute, full body workout will fuse classes you LOVE & some you have been wanting to try! It is our biggest specialty class yet! We had over 100 participants last year. This class will challenge you, energize you, and leave you wanting more! All fitness levels welcome, light refreshments to follow. Check-in begins at 7:30 am on February 24!
