The ancient wisdom of yoga, combined with modernized approaches for cultivating stillness in the mind. Learn what yoga is all about and how to incorporate simple, yet effective, relaxation techniques into daily living. This class will include mindful movements, breathing practices, and guided meditation. While much of the class will be seated in a chair, standing, strengthening postures will also be introduced. Participants will leave class feeling calm, yet energized. (No yoga mats needed, just bring yourself and your open mind!)
