Sometimes sitting, sometimes standing-try this fun fitness class that will use the chair for stability and support! We will work on functional movement patterns like sit to stand or stand to sit, basic lunging, and bending with a focus on posture and body alignment. Challenging moves will be incorporated using the chair for balance support. You must also be prepared to move and think with mild aerobic step sequences that will promote a healthy heart & brain. One thing you won’t have to do-get down and up from the floor!
